Flood vs Seepage - Marion, MA 02738

As explained in the last two 'water damage' blogs; the two major reasons how water seeps into basements through the foundation walls and slab. Seepage is very different than flooding. A flood is described as water that has accumulated above the grounds surface and then enters into your home or business.
